Untied Development Aid (Kebir Blue)

The Security Council holds more then 400 T in cash.

Im hoping we could grant some of it as untied development aid, primarly to newer players, in order to stimulate growth and interest of KB.

The country of mas could use some development aid. The president is new and just became leader at the begginning of june.

I have messaged the President of Mas and advised him of the changes required in order to qualify for development aid. When these changes are made, I shall submit a proposal for development aid.
