My membership expires in September, and I am down to 21 GC not enough to renew my membership for my Enterprise.

I don't know how exactly can I transfere everything I have build up on a 6 country empire to someone who wants to play the game.

So take a look and please find out how I can transfer to anyone that wants to take over my Empire and continue it.

Just take your main out of Secured Mode and somedbody will eventually find themselves in control of it.

Or get another level or 2 for the GC rewards to extend membership.
