More private corps, please. (Kebir Blue)

Nullarbor, Murray Malley and Flinders Ranges have still got high unemployment. I'd like to have as many private corps as possible and have not been setting up any country controlled ones. The problem is I have maxed out the number I am allowed to put in with my CEO (12) and have miles to go in reducing the unemployment and reaching the number of corporations target. I can trade Doctors for HLW to help balance the workforce, if anyone's interested in building but the workforce is out of wack.

Still going here. Couple more corps in each country and I'm up to the recommended level (whatever that means). Trade professionals with any country that doesn't suit your cworker needs.
