I have a tax rate at 15% currently and have a target of 10%. I am a member and not on the free trial. Will be running Jackson Commonwealth for a while. Had a lot of quakes and trying to get high tech execuatives built up to support more corps. I have a large amount of unemployed workers in all the other levels.
