Boosters can also extend the registration of your country(if used on your leader country) or enterprise. If that's the case it's not really a waste. I wouldn't buy those if not extending registration though.
How to use it, though: click on the corporation you want to boost, then "super boost efficiency and quality" (gold text).
Note that the super booster just raises the effectivity and quality of the corporation to 200 each so best to use it on a new corp. |

Definitely buy boosters for enterprises to use on their corps instead of using coins for continuing registration. Dont listen to Maestro, they are well worth while. |
