CEO's required and 0% Tax. (Kebir Blue)

In a few days, i'll be getting 15 - 20 mil more population in my country (Name - Sephiroth).

I'm looking for CEO's to expand into the country. Hopefully high tech corps rather than agri or weapons etc etc. Industry would be great also.
