Can someone explain the country welfare mechanics to me please? I have been working to make my country a sort of business utopia and nothing changed the welfare of my corporations besides increasing salary. Then, out of the blue, I noticed that my country welfare jumped to 118 points and my corps are super efficient. Any clue as to how it could jump so high so quickly? Name of the country is "Wheel of Time".
Nothing big changed for me recently; all my indexes have been holding within a 10 point range. My social security index maxed out a month ago so it's not that. My hospital index actually dropped a little over 5 points. My education stayed constant. My unemployment was under 5% for a week. My infrastructure went up by 10 points. Anyone with experience care to take a look and tell me what went right? Many thanks.
