I just received 2million people in my country and I am looking for ceo's to build in my country. First come, first serve.
Give it about a game month for the population to be portioned out. I will be adding population frequently as possible. keep checking in with my country to see if you can build as I add population but I cant wait long periods of time cause I dont want my employment index to drop drastically.
