CEO needs Countries- Anyone with Taxes Below 30% (Kebir Blue)

Globex is looking for countries.
WILL ACCEPT ANYONE WITH TAXES LESS THAN 30%.
Will build one corp in countries with taxes below 30% and TWO in countries with their taxes from 5%-0%.
Will have salaries at 200 or even 300, depending on employment.
Country must be willing to:
>Maintain good heal/edu/trans
>Remain active and be a long term player.

My country "Sinclaire" has only 5% tax and all my indexes are high with positive money supply and cash reserves in my account..I have enough workers for at least 2 corps..
