Hey everyone,
Today I am launching a new campaign to make Kebir Blue Number One again. What I suggest should happen to make this world great is:
>corp building
>federations recruiting en masse.
I will be using the resources of my enterprise Globex to build corps in any country that offers, provided their taxes are at 15%.

I have acquired a couple more countries on KB, you should build in them (and any of my others that aren't maxed out for you). New Cilicia, New Pontus, New Narbonensis. 0% tax forever, high welfare.
