Darmathian Empire accepting monthly Contracts for Defensive armaments (Kebir Blue)

Hello KB,

Been awhile since I have been here, and now I lack my Hugh empire which once was one of the biggest here on KB in 2007-8.

But I was able to get the same country I did before , so those who know me, ...hehehe you know where to look.

I guess the game has changed some, no free Ceo with your first country now-a-days, and a few other interesting things to figure out.

So I wont be steaming up any headlines like before, would prefer to build a highly profitable empire this time, more effort on economics with expansion at a much slower rate. As such,I'd prefer to raise Defensive arms, at a monthly rate instead, while I improve infrastructure and my Corporations.Contract it, then forget about it while stocks climb.

But, knowing the game as I do, I know the time for action will come and I better prepare today..starting from scratch

welcome back Brince. yes, KB has changed considerably. as far as i know we have no Nazis, just a lot of soviets. the war game has changed considerably too. and alas no Emory. it's kind of sleepy actually. no huge empires. but we get by.

Never was to much going on here on KB. Just some entertainment from time to time. It was fun when it happened tho.

Figured I'd invade some C3's here on KB, get use to the military changes, and then start a country on another world in a half a year or so for action. I Use to love my Navy, used it pretty dang good too...hope that hasnt changed. Been reading up on other forums, about War, but even the other worlds seem meek in comparison to the old days..hehehe Hell Sam Houston was invading or nuking someone almost 2 a week it seemed on WG. And Defcon was always getting into something on FB

But, this will be a good game to play while working out of town in North Dakota. At least through winter, while deciding to move there or not.

dont need any Def armaments contracts.

They have changed the game quite a bit concerning debt, you either have a positive cash balance sheet or you cant build more corp's. And since I'm busy upgrading the one's I have, there's no room for buying war material. Without using a credit card, your really are limited in your growth.

Not a problem cause I caught it soon enough. Problem lays with the cost of improving index's and upgrading corp Effectivity and Quality. I'm actually running a positive 44B cash flow, even though I woke up with a -131B cash sheet.

So I Actually slashed Def, reduced transpo index (Cost of maintence thus),lowered SS payments just untill I'm in the green with both, monthly cash flow (which I am) and the countries final balance sheet (which isnt).

Looks like you now have two choices, reach for your credit card or slow you

as i said there are a lot of changes in the game. many are quite subtle and some really rock you. like the space program. i haven't figured out how to make money from it. but there are some weapons that can only be make by your corps or bought from the space stations. But the space stations require that you have not only shuttles, and space centers in your country, but also space stations that will trade the appropriate commodity. i tried building shuttles and finally gave up. you need about five or six components to build a shuttle which means five or six corps that all lose money. same with weapons corps. they all lose money.

anyway, good luck in that cold north country.

First Ticker change, I've already reduced deficit, by 65B...so wont be long, I can buy another corp. Glad I know the game as much as I do. Changes, other then toasting of Def build right now, didnt effect much, population growth rate even increased.

Oh, and thanks on the heads up on Space Program, wont even think about it till I have a population alot higher then I do (going on 15M)thus more income and money to waste. From what I remember, Strategic arms program was the same thing, tons of corp's, produces small results, for massive cost and no profit.

Good to know, maybe in 6 real life months I'll take a crack at it. But at my present rate of +20,000 pop, I neednt worry about it for a long time.

I like the level system tho. I run my country good, but keep myself at level 1 for a while, let my corp's mature a bit, well balanced country, then when I'm ready to attack a C3 or think about it, I'll buy a prem. Along with it my first Ceo. Take me a while to get there not using my card till then but why invest in something if you cant get the basics right.

So far, I like the changes. Got some time on my hands...and using my card just once is my goal.

Was 7 to one. As soon as my fed knew my attention on attaking a member of the 7, they voted against me. Armed agression wasnt tolerated on KB!
Didnt matter..I went to war, was joined by my friend Kazari, and then Laguna.

Protectorate was against the action, so was much of the world. Even though they were displaying pics and flags of nazi scum.... enough said.
