Sommerlund : 0% tax. 120 welfare. Currently 12 state corps. Buy them, or ask me to destroy them to make room for your own!
Durenor : 0% tax. 100 welfare. Again, 12 corps. Same as with Sommerlund.
If I wasn't a broke ass free player, I'd probably start my own enterprise and get me some tax free and good welfare locations. As it is, my lose, your gain! I'll even offer up 200B SC (if there is a way too) for each company bought/built in either of these countries, just to sweeten the deal (And I'm tired of giving it up for loans just to have something to do with it! (It keeps coming back... :D ))

If there is no room, I will start shutting down state run corps just to make room for you guys.
