Overview: As per instructions, we've located and secured the major stronghold of Rudlander nationals that migrated to [Country Identification #1809] after the original Interior Directorate disbanded several earth-months ago. Orders were sent out to sleeper agents and guerilla attacks began. After initial resistance, the local government toppled. We applaud you on your ascendency to leadership of the new Scarlet Overrike. Expeditionary forces have been sent to neighboring countries and have pacified local governments, no major power is nearby to threaten our ascendancy. We will continue to conduct raids on local governments with our current ground forces, but eagerly await production of air and naval forces.
