Big Surplus of Oil

It is kind of change how it went from a 1 bil shortage to a 5 bill surplus in the matter of a few months :/

Or someone put a good 6 billion barrels on the market. Sunny leaving and dereg-ing all his countries today might just be a coincidence, but I think not.

Sorry, I was testing the supply fairy. I bought 14B barrels, saw that it made the expected -16B total in supply, then the vey next month it was at -2B again. So I did it again, same result. The only way that could happen is if it was fairy-ed in. So I sold 6B barrels to see if it would work in reverse. Looks like it only works one way. Sorry about this; Dont shut down your oil corps, it is only a temporary pothole. Or I could say that it will be addressed in the next update, lol
