I use 77% of corp salary. It keeps the bureaucrats at their desks where they belong, and medical personnell won't suddenly leave their trauma cases in mid-spasm to go be a LLW in a soybean field, which is what the game will do if gov't salaries are too low. A little higher than strictly necessary, but that 2-3% extra seems to help keep them in their places. |
