Security Council voting round

Hi,

I just received a message that I can vote for a Security Council resolution. However, as far as I know, only Security Council members can vote on Security Council resolutions, and I am not a member of the council. I am not on the list of Security Council members, I never received a message that I am, and I never received a kind of number one award. So, how does it come that I can vote on Security Council resolutions, and is it correct or just a bug?

Oh, I misread it. It is a general voting, and not a Security Council vote. Now I understand :P
