Welfare just under 120, as 119.xx, lots of unemployed from low level workers to managers to high tech.

Will be happy to add several million more pop -- up to 30 million or so from currently just under 20 million -- if that becomes nec to give CEOs the workforce they need.

I see lots of potential for profitable corps in Teh Empire of Mentalo on Kebir Blue.
