All KB players, you will have noticed a security council proposal for giving aid to Xiong of country HMONG.
I would remind you all, as a member of the council, that this player has recently had an account cancelled by the GM for multi playing (having more than one account to gain an unfair advantage).
The Security Council does not condone this behaviour in any form. It also should not issue aid to presidents who are proven guilty of such cheating.
Therefore, I would request all voters to refuse this proposal by voting no. Please hurry and place your cross NOW as this proposal has gone a long way before I noted it.

Also, his financial position is not that bad. He should sell some equipment of his army, and try to sell shares of his state-owned companies. His position is not 'grave' enough, in my opinion. In fact, he is doing a better job than I am from many points of vies.

And was there any conditionality to the aid? I mean, was the aid given under the condition of certain austerity measures to be taken or reforms performed by Xiong? Otherwise it would be something like "throwing money in a bottomless well" (and that is a Dutch saying). |
