Attracting CEOs

Hi everyone,

The 'Republic of Selene' would like to replace all state-owned enterprises by private companies. My question is how to do that and in which way that goal could be best achieved.

Just close down a few state corporations and advertise that you have low taxes until people build a few private corporations to replace the state ones and repeat.

Took maybe 6 real months to fill up about seven 50M-something pop countries for me.
