Today Singa Enterprises made a hostile bid on one of my CEO corps - Military Base Maintenance - without even asking me if I wanted to sell it. I messaged him and asked him to retract his bid and contact me as this was a hostile bid. I then took steps to raise the market value of the corp above his bid and I did manage to raise it above his first bid. Then he bid again and I sent him another message and asked him to retract that bid and contact me. He did not reply and ended up winning the auction and taking my corporation which was fully upgraded, fully staffed, set up for ASQ, making a good profit and fully supplied with the high value products these corps require. I sent him yet another message and he still has not responded to any of my 3 messages.
I ask all of you to boycott Singa Enterprises. Don't let him build corps in your countries, don't buy from him and don't sell to him. He is not a noob so he knows better. Also if anyone knows if he has a country let me know. Thanks Jack |

I confess myself guilty of doing that once when I was still new to my enterprise and didn't think too hard about it. Now that I'm further along, there's no way I'd ever touch another CEO's corps (or player country too for that matter, unless they said it was OK) because I understand the effort involved in setting things up just so, and taking a corp away from a CEO or player run country can disrupt a whole chain of supply contracts. No to mention, there's so many upgraded non-player companies that can be had for cheap in SC run countries... why bother paying a premium?
It would be nice, I think, if you could appeal to the Security Council, and they were given the ability to arbitrate these kind of disputes, to be able to vote and either restore ownership, assess penalties or damages against an aggressor, or to do nothing if so decided. |

Hey Teh Kilrain,
you should contact the GM, there is some guy using your name in the game...he runs a company called East New Jack Trading and has hostile bid on one of my CEO companies Locust Furniture. despite two messages to alert him to the fact and ask a retracting of the bid, the bid has gone up with the value of my company. I expect you will be as shocked by this as i am. |

Matter of fact I am. I could swear I checked ownership of that before I bid, and I didn't get any "Blue Box" when I bid indicating it was owned, so I apologize for that. This is the type of crap that can only happen to me - cosmic forces conspire to make me look like an ass.
Unfortunately I log in once a day in the morning and not it enough time to retract the bid or I would have. I sent you a message, and I see your taking a military supply in return.. that's fine. |
