hi guys im waring a c3 and I got the c3 down 10.00 dp and it wont go any lower ive wiped out everymajor city corps bases fors and capitol all I have left is countys and towns, can anyone help me with this I use all bombing and attack wongs

You need to paint(occupy) the country with ground units to get the final 10 points. Just move ground units around the country. Occupied areas turn orange
