Warning: Another Hostile Bidding CEO

Seems like we have another CEO - Tasty Snacks - who thinks it is OK to hostile bid corps from other players without even asking if you want to sell. You would think there are enough corps available in C3s and Gamemaster Corps that hostile bidding from another player would not be necessary but he hostile bidded 2 of my fully upgraded, profitable corps away from me and then acted like a complete azz when I asked him to retract the bids. Keep an eye on your countries and enterprises for this guy.

Man, seriously. I've tried to be polite. Your messages have been nothing but hostile and vindictive.
Like I already told you, between us, the only people it concerns, I made a mistake. I did not realize that I was bidding on company controlled corporations. If I would of been awake and logged on while I was in the middle of sleeping when you messaged me about it, I would of retracted the bids.
I've tried to be nice, I've tried to be polite, but your unwavering hostility towards someone who has repeatedly said they made a single mistake is hilariously overblown man.
I didn't act like an 'azz' as you put it. I didn't act like anything. I was ASLEEP. I didn't even SEE the messages till the next day after the auctions were won. How did I act like an 'azz' as you put it?

Oh, and anyone who wants some companies built or bought in their countries, feel free to speak up! I've got a few countries too, so if you have lots of spare workers and need some working I'll be glad to help, plus I'll happily do worker trades if you have too many unemployed sucking up your SS payments (The countries are doing well, so if you are suffering from to many slackers, I don't actually NEED workers, but I can take the overhead of them if you are in financial straits and will gladly trade some of my high salary goons for hordes of your low salary ones).
Also note, I don't really care if you have corp tax or note, as long as it isn't wacky high :D
Oh, also helped someone get their country set up so it started making money, and enjoyed it. I don't know EVERYTHING about the game, but I know basics, so if you would like help, don't be afraid to ask!

Even though your behavior has been, and still is apparently, completely overboard and un-needed, I will apologize for buying TWO COMPANIES FROM YOU. ON ACCIDENT. So, again, I apologize. Like I've already stated, I have nothing against you. You've created this imaginary vendetta I have against you even though I've been nothing but polite and patient with you, and I honestly don't understand why.

It is one thing to indulge in this overboard and overblown reaction to someones mistake, but it is a completely different thing to spread it amongst other people in the game in an effort to demean someones name that you feel is 'out to get you'.

Having known Jack for close to two years in this game, I say there is no way he would ever spread lies or "filth" about anyone. I've never known him to speak anything but the truth, so if he says you behaved inpolitely that must be truth. Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that Jack has the full backing of the Unique Federation on this. You should also take into account that our CM has been informed of things and we are by far the biggest in KB.

His original messages to me came while I was ASLEEP. How could I have been an 'azz' when I didn't even respond till about 5 hours after the last one? And my response was 'I'm sorry, I didn't realize I was bidding on an enterprises corps'. I will gladly send you the messages he has sent, even the ones where he talks about how I'm out to get him and have made an enemy.

I didn't DO anything to him, other then try to apologize and figure out why he is literally frothing at the mouth. He has been nothing but rude and mean, no matter what I try to do too resolve this

Its just a pain resolving their issues with me one at a time, I'm now spending more time responding politely to hate mail then I am playing my enterprise ;)
...not that it says much, I only spent a minimum of time with the enterprise in the first place actually, so its more 'spend 5 minutes messaging, spend 3 minutes enterprising', hehe. (And now I can't stop singing 'star trekkin' by the firm. That word, enterprising...)

Just ask someone if they want to sell BEFORE you just start bidding on their corporations. Some people are willing to sell if you ask them. Usually they post that fact in the forum. Hostile bidding is simply not acceptable.

I wasn't the only one you did this to. We built our enterprises and countries on the backs of corporations like those you bidded away from us. Consider this - although you think you paid us for them they weren't for sale in the first place. There is no mechanism in an enterprise to stop hostile bidding or we would use it. We have to simply trust each other. And what about the future profits those corps would have earned for us that we have now lost forever. Now we have to replace them, upgrade them and make the new ones profitable. At the end of the day we lost money from your hostile bidding. Our job is not to develop corporations for you to use to build your new enterprise. Stop the hostile bi

You are the one who decided I was out to get you as an enemy without ever having heard a word from me. At every turn I've tried to make this better, only to be rebuffed by you.

well lets move on now u made a mistake ok fine, jack hasn't wrote anything to the fed or common market sence it first started like he said though it is a waiting game upgrading corps to make them profitable and if there was a process to stop other people from buying other corps we would use it but theres not. from what I can tell it looks like jack is moving from the last sentence he wrote '"I am hoping you want to become a good neighbor on KB " so all happy building and good day.
