ATTENTION: WORKER EXCHANGE NEEDED

To anyone on KB, and especially to the CEO's in my empire: I am having trouble keeping worker levels where they should be, as regards MLW and HLW. It would be in all our interests to remedy this, so i can keep your employment at 100%. Please send me your offers of worker exchange. I need MLW and HLW in every country in the empire. I'll exchange any other category you would like, in exchange. I may not get to every offer immediately, as there is a limit to the exchanges per turn, but I am on pert'near evry game month, so keep your offers up there and be patient. i want to get these shortages fixed asap. I am asking again for more exchanges from any who can help. I am glad to see all the new corps coming in, that is what i like to provide, is a business-friendly economic structure. But, unfortunately, I am getting behind on MLW and HLW, still, and am having a hard time filling these positions.
