Building corps

How come I have 5 new corporations without me building them. Do the game do this automatically?

Yes, it's part of the automation settings. Also it will kick in if employment drops too low.

and it's annoying as hell..

Especially when there is no problems with employment and i am not getting messages about it.

and with a sufficient education index...

and you don't know what corporation is going to be built but the game system seems to like building alot of military (defensive and offensive) corps in my country which end up or are not profitable.

yeah, i have a few stinkers myself without any reasonable explanation. Much love but there needs to be a tune up on things around here! more then usual!
