Does anyone have Executives & High tech executives they don't need

I have a shitload of LLWs I can send in exchange. Can also possible part with some Low & Medium Level Managers as well. Thanks

I thought you could convert only back to low, medium, and high level workers. I didn't know there was a way to convert to Executives and High Tech Executives...

I figured those were limitation on the game

130 is often plenty. The issue is that he has purchased millions of pop.

Also, his population is quite old. He actually shouldn't be buying pop.

Schools have nothing to do with it.

Hospitals, you actually need less of to curb your average age stat. That stat, average age, is the key to natural population growth. Also, if you purchase pop, your new pop looks a lot like your current pop.

You have 2 painful choices. Except gradual population decline about indefinitely or go for a slightly lower health index and attempt to reverse the damage done to average age.

Either way, you are going to be giving a lot of that population back to the game.
