The current vote to give aid to The Country of Mountania is currently tied 27:27. Please do your bit to help new players starting out in the game and vote yes.Dont vote no just because you are not getting aid. If you would like aid yourself just ask.

las arnas has requested aid. I can not propose aid due to my current proposal. If any other council members could propose it that would be great.

While one vote generally has no effect on the outcome let me make my stance clear on this issue.

Any country requesting aid or any proposal for aid to a country that has any secrecy parameters installed will automatically recieve my vote in disagreement.

I would recommend all Security Council members adopt this policy. Players need to balance thier own budgets and not rely on a SC bailout.

It's not hard to do however, it's always been a choice between "guns or butter". I would be more inclined to agree with a proposal for aid to a president struggling with his economy than I would with a economy struggling to support military operations.

well on fb some secrecy is needed to ensure your country can stay safe and not be raided for cash/weapons

If you have cash and weapons to raid what do you need aid for?

I'm not saying they need keep them off however just because someone wants a quick influx of cash doesn't mean I feel an obligation to provide it.

If you are having trouble playing the game to the point you need anything from anyone esp. cash, you probably need advise as well. You can't get advise if nobody can see where you are coming up against problems.

If at the time I'm required to vote, I cannot see what the situation is in a particular country, I will always vote no.

And just because someone grabs another country that act by it's self shouldn't warrant an automatic request and grant for aid. If you couldn't afford it why did you take it in the first place?
