War Games- Virgina Bella (Fearless Blue)

Any war vets out there wanna teach me the war side of the game? Im looking for someone close by. My country is Vangaurd on Virgina Bella. I only have 10 million pop but it will be getting geared for all out war and I dont care what happens to it. No massive countries in feds please. I want my weapons to have some effect but wont try any take over.
