Good c3 for me to start on this server? (Little Upsilon)

hey im looking to join up on this server and am wondering if anyone sees a good c3 around that is better than normal for me to take as my first nation. looking for extra pop especialy but extra cash assets will come in handy to im sure. just send me a msg over the communication thing would be the quickest way to get ahold of me but i will check back in on this thread from time to time.
