Help! (Again) (Fearless Blue)

The profit for my country "The Land of Reaper Jr" is above 0, almost at 1 billion, yet I'm losing 43 Billion from my total cash amount every month! WTF is going on? I haven't bought a single thing like hospitals or schools or transportation, yet I'm losing money like crazy and I don't know what it's from! Can anyone help me figure out what the problem is?

P.S. How can I find CEOs to put some corporations in my country? I have a bunch of State corporations but I was told you pretty much Need CEO controlled corps to survive. Any way of finding people to put some corps in my country (without advertising on the forums)?

Hi, I am having trouble in my country ordering supplies for my state owned corporations. I keep encountering shortages, yet when I check, the supplies are ordered, but aren't arriving in a timely manner. Therefore, I am forced to order them manually. Is this a result of my product buying settings? I have my automation setting in this area set at 8 over 8. Any suggestions? The country is Siren of the Sea.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that my other country is Blood Siren.
