Agreed....but then again where are all these new players who WANT this aid even if its just so they can buy weapons to fund wars with it?
So if your a new player whose country has got into debt because of your incompetence and you need financial aid to fund some war or you need some just to pay off your debt(s) just !ASK!

cmon reality check, worlds been dead since the first day it was opened. It was opened up just to shut up the 10 or so players who complain about war levels. the fact is no one wants players war except a few loud complaining forum members numbers dont lie no one joins war world while other worlds have tons of players. the older pro war players just want to beat up on newer players and sarcasticly insult all others in the forums and threaten and bully because after years of playing they each have 50,000 or more bombers, missles etc. and no newer player can posibly acrue that many weapons in a year. theres a reason no one uses the forum its the loud mouth bully veterans who somehow think theyre better than others wich shows self esteem issues by the way and inferiority complexes if you need to insult beginers and call them names such as n00bs it shows a total lack of class. they are afraid to start out on an even keel in the war world because they dont real
