The Republic of Kachtka may currently be short of workers, but if you decide to build your own corporations in The Republic of Kachtka, I'll be happy to close some state-run corporations in order to free up enough workers to staff your corporations.

a9, you don't have enough for me to even start a corp. your short is 7 areas, and 3 of those are listed as 0 avaible. That would lead me to beleive you'll need to close allot of corps.

please, don't be offended, but the most common mistake new players make is to build to many corporations. any corp that is not at 100% hiring, is loosing money. and as a CEO, it is in my best interest to look else where for hosting countries. however, if you can close enough corps, and start increasing your education index, (making 150 your minimum goal, 180 would be better,) i'd be happy to build in your country.

a9, on an after thought, i guess it isn't as bad as i made out, after closing about 6 corps, you should be ok, and you'd need to close a few more to make room.
