SCouncil aid request

My country State of the Pharaohs is in a bad cash flow problem where 390B cash is only available from which 600B is from bank loan. Iam trying as hard as possible to move it in the right way but its very difficult with the need of spending.
I really need the security council to aid me in this situation...

Aside from financial aid what can I do? I had 7 trillion saved up but after I purchased population I still make positive income but I am losing cash fast and am down to the last 700 billion. I have cut taxes and profit sharing in order to bring the income of my corporations to positive so as to cut the automatic transfers but I had larger army and have disbanded and/or sold off the bulk of the army as well I closed off my strategic corporations so as to avoid the drain of having to buy strategic weapons but my cash keeps dwindling, and my financial index keeps sliding as well... Any help would be much appreciated.

I need Financial aid because, I have unpaid loans, decrease of national economy, and I'm dropping to low cash levels and the only thing keeping me stable is me by selling things that I need for my nations defense so now that I am selling those, my security is low and I am a War Lvl 3 so I'm kind of vulnerable to other greedy nations. Please help I would DEEPLY appreciate and use it wisely. Just enough money to get my Country back into a stable state. ^.^

You have nuclear weapons and have purchased offensive weapons recently. Sell military assets. I will vote no for this aid.

At war level three I have too..... I keep most weapons deactivated... My empire has to protect itself..... My empire isn't aggressive with other nations please vote yes

Josh everyone must purchase offensive weapons to be able to kill C3's don't be so hard on the guy. When I restarted 6 months ago I was a nuke power within a week and I have to have waged a war agenst a player on fb "Yet"

Yes I do plan to war with c3s in the future but the shape of my empire shows far as money wise my empire can't afford war right now. I don't plan to war with any players unless I am the one attacked. I have nukes to try to make greedy nations think twice before attacking

I definitely do not see it necessary to possess strategic weapons while asking for economic aid. I will dedicate 1T sc to buy weapons from this president in order to help out their financial situation, however I could not vote to give out Security Council aid.

La Republica del Bandoka is asking for aid, and its his slave country. I think he is a free player so if aid was given to this player he would never get to war lvl 3.

Not sure why we would give someone aid in a war world if they would never get to lvl 3

This vote in the security council is ridiculous on La Republica del Bandoka. My vote was way closer and I clearly needed the money more this is terrible. Their was even backlash at my request but silence on La Republica del Bandoka is strange.
