An important message to the security council

I demand the security council to make a resolution banning nuclear weapons for the federation "New World Order". They are an evil federation that threatens my direct existence. If you don't do this within 24 hours, I will consider the whole security council to be in league with that federation. In that case, the NWO federation and all the countries of the security council will be destroyed in a barrage of thousands of missiles. All your capitals will be razed to the ground in a force even deadlier than nukes! The clock is ticking...You still have time to make this resolution before all hell breaks loose...
