Apo World looking for countries to relocate

FBs greatest enterprise - Apo World - is looking for countries with a welfare level of 110+ and a tax level below 30%. If you fit this description and you have less than 6 of my corps in your country (that's easy to count since all my corps have AW or AP in their names) then post your country's name. I have 10s of fully upgraded corps ready to relocate.

Take a look at "The District." The tax rate is exactly 30% though

The Realm of Rasputina has low tax rate of $9 and high welfare level.

99 isn't exactly a "high welfare level". Let me know when you hit 115-120 at least.
