As a person on the security council I would think that our members would be more inclined to vote in favor of such requested if they were presented with a plan of how the money would help correct the countries issues. By having a better understanding of what is wrong with the country now you will be able to present a plan of what is needed with the money and how it will solve the issue. Another good point would be to include steps that you taken in order to try correct these issues already. Besides which country on this planet would not like to receive a few trillion in aid?

I'm not greedy. Just 1T in aid will do. We can skip breakfast to make ends meet.

i dont get it, iv seen people asking for aid and yet they have plenty of ammo or weapons they can sell to achieve there purposes. there should be a limit once you hit over 5T military assets your done. cant keep it up then no need to give you some worthless cash because the ability to sell weapons and ammo is somehow impaired, i can see an issue if weapons/ammo owned is not sold on the market but if its bought on there likely you can sell it back. not to mention if an army is being run then what? just paying for some supplies? then when the aids out, then what?? Maybe to save someone to help them build corporations is what i think of when i see aid use, since that can help generate some money so they wont need aid ever again

All im saying is if you got items to sell to help you, then you need to sell them instead of relying on 1 time aid. Money bought them, you can get
