The bad news is that the Security Council provides welfare handouts for countries only, nothing for enterprises. The good news is that your enterprise is getting closer to bankruptcy, which will close it and allow you to start fresh with a new enterprise.

You could try to raise money by selling some of your corps, especially the public corps. Otherwise, better luck next time.

Once you have a lot of debt, the automation distrusts your creditworthiness. It removes you from operational control of your enterprise until the enterprise has positive net cash. If you don't provide that positive net cash, eventually the enterprise bankrupts and Gamemaster Corporations takes ownership of the corps.

Its obvious why your in debt.you have a massive military that your economy can't support. You don't have the population numbers 4 a military that size.the sec council will never give you untied aid money
