I can't imagine what is taking you so long. I made WL3 the first day or two I was on FB. I made WL5 in a weekend. As slow as you are, you may see my war dec before you even realize you are on WL3.

John Smith you don't need to worry about how I support the military on Nevrondona Prime. They are well fed and ready for battle any time you decide to stop hiding out in WL1.

Everyone on here knows that nukes are not the most important military asset which just reveals how much of a noob you are. War levels are a more important gauge of your playing that the game levels when you are on the war world. Come to LU and level up your country. It'll be a fun economic race.
