This is to any country that places there country on any of my countries borders,the AMERICAN JUGGERNAUT EMPIRE will consider this a hostile action. Military action will be taken to defend our boders.

Because just because th re country is beside u dousent mean its hostile jammie i have bad political views no u do its a free world evrybody can buy eny country they want so canada is a threat to the us them because they share borders ??? If they sent units to the border it aint hositile unless they cross the border

again its my perogative to conduct Empire business in my region how I see fit. obviously I cannot attack a new player at War level 1 or 2, but if the player reaches level 3 and build an army that might threaten my Empire.I WILL TAKE MILITARY ACTION!!

Hello zen.back me up on this issue

I just wanted to know who it was, I could help with conquest if they're a serious threat. If not I'll still offer defense wings and mobiles if you ever plan to force them off. If it's a freemium noob there shouldn't be a problem however if it's a powerful player I'll help take action.

Thanks Zen.I know you got my back but I was merely talking about backing me up on the issue of players starting countries directly on someone's border rather than picking from the other 5401 countries that aren't bordering someone's country.

Oh yes I totally agree. Setting up next to a large empire should never be a good idea unless they're planning to attack you. I always try to set up my countries in remote locations or near people I can trust. Setting up next to a large empire that you do not know or aren't friendly with is stupid, however the rules are the rules and you can't attack them if they stay under wl3. A stupid rule on FB and should be taken off. FB has specific economic and military benefits to any player who is there. It is unfair players can build large countries under wl3 and use those resources without the need to defend them.

If that was the case, we wouldn't have half the countries in this world.

Yeah I wish they would do away with war level 1&2.instead a new player should should have 30 days with war protection and then automatically become war level 3

Jammie you shouldent attack unless tey attack firstjust because they build a large army dousent mean they will attack u just dont attack them if they build a large army and then turn to war level 3 because me and my federation will stand with u incase of war so dont worry also what is there countrys name
