I hereby publicly apologize to the leader of "Great Britian," John Smith, for [jokingly] accusing him as secretly being OBAMA. I understand this is the lowest of blows and it was uncalled for. I did not imagine myself in the receiving position and having been accused as being OBAMA is perhaps the absolute worst claim that one can levy against another. I hereby retract my statement suggesting that John Smith is in fact OBAMA and would again like to point out it was made in jest.
My military advisors have reminded me that we should perhaps not be so nonchalant about John Smith having a nuclear arsenal, as well my economic advisors remind me to keep in mind he is is a valuable customer of our nuclear products, and as such it would be also be in our economic interests to extend this apology openly for all the world to see, that I did not intend to come off as a "dick" as I had been rightfully counter-accused of in the hatemail we recently received by the nuclear equipped dictator John Smith.
