War with a c3

Hello FB.I am at war with a c3.I`ve levelled all his defenses but he won`t surender.In a bid to force his surrender I levelled over 10 cities and towns but the c3 is still hanging on.How can I defeat him?

Have you tried checking the Beginner Forum for a guide?
