Fearless blue update

do we have an update on a time line of when your getting rid of war lvls like was talked about on fearless blue ??????

War levels on FB do not prevent you from attacking anyone.

the only thing they do, is to give you gold coins when you win a war against a C3 country.
It is not against you, it even helps.
You can also ignore it and never attack C3s.

Can you please let me know where you experience and problem with war levels on FB?
