Cannot buy any professional officers.

I think the GM should provide sufficient supply. Maybe send him an email? Its free money for them so cant see why they would not supply if you ask.

It has been several real months since any have been offered. Could be a programming issue, could be on purpose. Players have tried to address this issue in the past, but there was no reply.
