I want to be where most of the players are. I'm back after about a year gone, and FB does seem kinda empty & slow... Problem is, I've already established a country on FB. I may come to WG if that is where most of the players are. I just hate the slow process of rebuilding a empire.

President Wilson, nice invite. Looking at your past declarations on the form not really sure you speak for others on White Giant. Correctly speaking Fearless Blue is not what it used to be, however there are still some accomplished warriors. So if one did decide to expand to White Giant would there be a grace period to establish the new country?
