War has been declared on Ikanoba.

He sneak attacked me more than 80 times, and for that he will pay. This does not include what he's done to others.

He has 3.2 billion population. He's fought in 278 pvp wars. He knows exactly what he's doing.

Why he decided to provoke me + allies, I do not know. What I do know is such provocation will not go unanswered.
