Oil on FB (Fearless Blue)

Is somebody trying to corner the market in oil on FB? or have the C3's just built a bunch of oil corps in the last couple of days?

We have gone from a 2B shortage to a 3B surplus.

Now we are down to nearly a 5B shortage again. Looks pretty strange to me.

Last time I checked, it went into shortage. Maybe someone playing the "let's tickle the oil market" game. :P

I had to reload my corporations after putting it off for a while. The market should return to normal.
