Punctuation would make it seem like you aren't speaking in one breath. Raise your salaries to entice the workers, also, you may have a shortage of one kind of worker, which would ultimately lead to other worker groups not being hired.

I wouldnt open any more companies till you have brought that inline. Your just shooting yourself in the foot otherwise. Id have to agree with Iceberg there may be a shortage of workers. If you would like contact my country of Dragosa Prime and i will take a look at your country to see if i can help out.

Don't forget disabled, housewived, and the generally downtrodden hobos of society. Build backtowork schools and special clinics to perfect employment rates.

counterd by building way more schools and bidding on pop boost

ceos are welcome to bidd and build if the workers are available but please keep in mind i want to get all corps to 100% hiring

shouldnt b a problem as long as few of my bids go throughive bid on 20million so i think a few will go through.. should give me a good boost :D better build more schools and hospitals for a flood of people

I am trying to understand the employment screen. I try to change professions of my higher level professionals to the different workers and the "needed for 100% production" doesnt change. What does that section mean? Is it the amount of unemployed needed to match that number(this is my guess)? Is it the total unemployed and employed? I really dont think it's that because both go way over the needed side. I just wanted to know; Is this is something I should consider when I want better production?

You need to balance out your pop with a few adjustments. 1st look at your occupation screen then look at the professions you're your short on. Then go prioritize your education levels then change those numbers a bit at a time and watch you're employment go up. Don't go over 120 since the system will go haywire and randomize your numbers.
Get your education lvl to 90, so you have a good balance between workers and professions.
