I need about 10-20K engineers, i have mostly low level managers and middle level managers to trade, but make me an offer and ill see if i can accept. I dont trade MLW and HLW for now, thanks!

Engineers have been settled.

Still looking for an empire to trade workers with on a constant basis.

Split, in general I will accept any trades where I receive more workers than I send, any types. I need to increase population.
