Today, SeekHaven and Ministra have agreed to a Non-Aggression Pact. Ministra is a new nation, and is off to a nice start with this act of Diplomacy. Let it be known that this agreement was entered into freely by both parties and witnessed. (Hopefully Witnesses will post as they read)
