the tax rate is around 37% now but the target is 0%

South Haven, Coast Haven, East Haven, North Haven, Under Haven, Far Haven, Park Haven, Above Haven, Lin Haven, Mid Haven, Deep Haven, Blue Haven, High Haven, Red Haven, and Top Haven can all take at least 1 each, some two. Tax rates vary from 12% to 24%, as the countries get over 10Bil in profit I drop the tax rate lower

I can use a corp in Leeds. Current tax rate is 24% and going down. I will add workers is necessary.
