I have excess Teachers, want HT Execs and Senior Doctors (White Giant)

All my countries have an abundance of Teachers nowadays and want to exchange them for HT Execs and Senior Doctors.

Some countries have over 100k teachers, willing to exchange them down to leave me 20k Teachers per country and will accept any trades for HT Exec and Senior Doctors.
